The 23 year old woman on the right (Jenna Talackova) was born male but identified as female by age 4, began hormone therapy at age 14 and had gender reassignment therapy at age 19. She has been disqualified from the Miss Universe: Canada beauty pageant because she was not born as a female "naturally". The Korean woman on the left was probably born a female naturally but definitely not
